Andrew R. Baxter, MD, FACS, RPVI is a Board-certified vascular surgeon who joined The Vascular Experts in 2017. Dr. Baxter specializes in vascular and endovascular surgery.
Dr. Baxter completed his residency at New York University Langone Medical Center and a fellowship in the medical center’s Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Division. He has held extensive research and volunteer experience at Cornell University, and assisted with provision of clinical care and administration of medications while volunteering in Africa.
