DETOUR 2 Trial

PAD (peripheral artery/arterial disease) means clogged arteries in your legs. PAD develops when your arteries become blocked with plaque – fatty deposits that limit blood flow to your legs and feet.

PAD may cause:

  • Heaviness, cramping, or pain in the leg muscles after a short walk
  • Pain in your legs or feet while resting
  • Sores, wounds, or ulcers on the toes, feet, or legs that are slow to heal

Unfortunately, PAD cannot be cured, but the DETOUR procedure may improve blood flow and control your symptoms.
