DANBURY, C.T. (Feb. 8, 2017) – The Vascular Experts, the largest group of board-certified vascular surgeons in the nation, announced today the appointment of Timothy C. Stewart, PA-C, to Physician Assistant at The Vascular Experts Stratford office. With advanced medical knowledge and clinical skills, Timothy will be a valued asset to both patients and The Vascular Experts’ team of professionals.

Previously, Timothy served as the Chief Physician Assistant for the Vascular/Thoracic Surgery Department at Norwalk Hospital, where he was responsible for all aspects of pre-, intra- and post-operative patient care in both emergency and inpatient settings. His extensive treatment knowledge includes vascular surgery and endovascular care, in addition to advanced robotic training for thoracic surgery, and Acute Trauma/Critical Care management.

“As a Physician Assistant, Timothy will be an instrumental member of our team,” said Dr. Marsel Huribal, MD, FACS, Senior Partner of The Vascular Experts. “He will be working closely with our physicians and will provide the highest level of patient care our patients have grown accustomed to receiving.”

Timothy is a native of New Zealand and is a current member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He attended the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, where he obtained his Master of Physician Assistant Practice, and completed a surgical residency at Norwalk Hospital located in Norwalk, CT through the Yale School of Medicine.
